Program a Tivo Remote Step Push the TiVo button on the remote. Then push 'Messages and Settings,' followed by 'Settings,' and finally press 'Remote Control.' Stop: On time. If you would like to receive confirmation emails when you schedule a recording request, enter your email address in the Email field. IMPORTANT:. For all Series 1-3 Remotes (without the A, B, C, D buttons) and the original Slide Remote, ZOOM will work as ‘ EXIT’ if your Unified Entertainment System/ DVR is running the New TiVo Experience.
